Stop! Worrying What Others Think Of You

To be our best selves and perform at the top, we cannot let the fear of opinions hold us back.
When we worry about what others think of us, and make it part of how we gauge our success, we begin to change our lives according to their expectations, instead of setting our own.
Just remember, we presume that others spend way more time then they actually do passing judgment and we often exaggerate how negative those opinions are.
We can’t control the way others see us, no matter how hard we try.
Not everyone is going to like us and what others think of us is none of our business.
There will always be the ones who seem to enjoy bringing others down. Instead of looking at how they see us, look at it as a sign of how they see themselves.
Creating a deeper sense of self takes more effort and pushes us to live, lead and work harder-but intentionally and with meaning.
Do not be what others prescribe for us. Our growth and learning thrive when we are operating at our peak potential. That is achieved by living accordingly to individual values and goals…by being exactly who we really are.
