Just Breathe

We all need short pauses from our daily lives.
A space to become aware, not reactive or overwhelmed by what is going on around us and begin to pay attention.
Pay attention and question why things might be happening. Notice patterns, nurture acceptance of self and avoid ignoring unpleasant thoughts. Our feelings are natural- good or bad, and acknowledging them helps us understand ourselves to move forward.
We tend to be influenced by our emotional state. We must live in the present, rather than regretting the past or worrying about the future.
Not living in the now creates thoughts and actions that lead to unhealthy habits and negative mindsets.
Taking the time to pause helps us be mindful of situations and reactions. Doing so teaches us to avoid automatic responses and make more conscious choices from a new perspective. This leads to:
✔️Improved skills to be part of a workplace team
✔️Greater stress management and coping abilities
✔️Heightened productivity and focus
✔️Better work/life balance
✔️Improved resilience and overall well-being
